Our remote PC repair service works via a Remote Support tool which allows our technicians to securely connect to any computer worldwide via the Internet. This saves our customers the hassle of bringing their PC or laptop computer to our workshop or calling us out to their premises for what can often be a straight forward repair. Using this method our technicians can resolve around 75% of common issues meaning you are up and working again quickly.

How does remote computer repair work ?

1. Call/email us first to book your Remote Computer Repair session.
2. To start the session, click the Remote PC Repair icon             >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
3. The small temporary application will start to download.
4. Follow the onscreen prompts - Click RUN or CONTINUE as prompted.
5. When the Remote Computer Repair tool starts, click on the CLIENT tab.
6. Tell us your client ID (e.g. 123 456).
7. Click START.
8. We will then take control of your PC : Click ACCEPT
9. At the end of the session close the Remote Computer Repair tool.

No software is installed on your computer. When the Remote computer repair session is over the tool is removed and no further remote access is possible without you starting the download process again.
