So confident are we in our ability to repair the fault you highlight with your computer, that we offer customers a no fix-no fee commitment. Please note however, that this commitment can only apply to situations where we are physically or technically unable or unwilling to repair the fault. If you decide not to go ahead with a repair due to cost or timescale, we reserve the right to charge you for our costs associated with the  troubleshooting and diagnostic work already undertaken (Diagnostic Fee).

Most people appreciate that they should be regularly backing up their PC or Laptop to ensure that important documents, treasured digital photos or music downloads are kept safe; but astonishingly few people actually do it! We can provide back-up solutions and advice as well as supply the necessary hardware and software to automate the whole process, letting you sleep at night!

Data Destruction

When you replace your PC or laptop computer or its hard drive, remember that personal data from the old drive can usually still be recovered, even if you delete all the files and run a format on the drive! We have the tools to run a comprehensive data destruction (data shredding) routine on the drive for you to then reuse it or dispose of it as required.

Data Recovery

Your computer hardware may be relatively new and still under guarantee but unfortunately no supplier or manufacturer will take responsibility for your valuable data. If you don't backup regularly or haven't already taken advantage of our backup services and suffer a hardware failure, give us a call as we are often able to recover most, if not all, of your valuable data from a corrupted or damaged hard drive or removable memory stick.

Any PC or laptop computer connected to the internet today is highly likely to have contracted either a virus, Trojan, spyware or other malware unless steps have been taken to prevent infection. We can recommend, supply and install the latest anti-virus and anti-spyware software and if your PC is already infected, we have the latest tools to detect and remove this malware.
